At New Indian Bakery (NIB), we take immense pride in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared products. Given the perishable nature of our goods, we have a strict but fair refund and return policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. No Returns or Refunds We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered. Our products are made to order and packed with care, ensuring they reach you in the best possible condition.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Spoiled Products We only offer a replacement in the rare event that a product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly shipped. To qualify for a replacement:
You must record a live unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect product
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
The product must not be consumed or tampered with

4. Non-Eligible Cases
Complaints without a valid live video proof
Delayed complaints beyond 24 hours
Issues caused due to incorrect storage post-delivery
5. Final Rights NIB reserves the right to accept or reject any replacement claim based on the evaluation of evidence.
